Wings end year with a bang

The Wings don't appear to be having any trouble scoring goals these days.
THe WIngs have scored 13 goals in their past two games, including a 6-2 pummeling of the L.A. Kings Sunday night at Joe Louis Arena.
Over the season's first 25 games, the Wings scored more than five goals just once. In the last 13 games, the Wings have scored five goals or more five times and have totaled 12 goals in the past two games.
“Thngs are starting to come, but I hate to tell you I told you so,” Wings coach Mike Babcock said with a grin. “It’s a new year starting tomorrow here…We think we’ve got good players and ideally we’ll continue to score.”
