No laboring this Labor Day weekend! Come to Pontiac on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday and stop by the Twist Life Time Fitness LifeSpa at Arts, Beats & Eats. We'll be in the only air conditioned tent and a great place for some pampering while you are at the festival. See you there! Hi Laura!
I was at home in Michigan for the holiday weekend last week and was talking about last Sunday's Twist at the family dinner table. Lo and behold, my aunt, Connie Sims, mentioned that she was going to be part of a Twist series on Women Drivers. I just read the article, and I think it turned out great! I look forward to reading the rest of the series. Keep up the good work!

Help!
Love the Twist,however,how can I get past issues on line? Lost the recipe for Spicy Coleslaw & Pulled Pork Sandwiches & was dying to try the recipes. How can I get?
